Return & Refund Policy
How to Return?
Customer can return their product by submitting return policy form.
Return Conditions
These are the return conditions for the faulty and unpleasant products:
Damage product
- • If the product is partially or completely damaged at the time of arrival then customer can claim for return
- • Product must be return within the return time period.
- • Product should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories.
- • Fault will be verified and issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
- • On verification, if returned product item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item.
Return Time Period
Return time period for faulty products is within 30 days after the delivery otherwise product will not be returned.
Unpleasant product
- • If the find product to be unwanted and unpleasant then you can at the time of arrival then customer can claim for return.
- • Product must be return within the return time period.
- • The price paid for the items will be refunded.
- • In addition, if your return request is received within 14 days of delivery, and items received within the following 7 days, then we will refund the cheapest.
- • The standard delivery option will be applied unless there is another item on your order.
- • Outside of 7 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.
- • If you return a product to is not received in a brand-new condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a restocking fee
Return Time Period
Return time period for unpleasant products is within 30 days after the delivery otherwise product will not be returned.
Returns Exclusions
No refund, replace, or exchange products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to product software, and all types of replacement batteries, memory and media cards. Wireless, Wired or VR Headsets are also excluded; this is due to reasons of hygiene. Screen protectors cannot be returned once the protective layer for the adhesive side has been removed.
Product Replacements & Refunds
- • Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, it may take up to 30 working days to issue the item.In case a product is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
- • In case of a refund, the payment will sent through payment method used while placing order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase*.
- • Any return that is not accompanied with the returns form or returns reference number will be held by us, awaiting the return of the completed form. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
- • Different products have different return procedures, processes and policies attached to them. We ship from a number of different warehouses and therefore contacting our customer service team directly is the most efficient way to deal with your return.
